Remove the wheelhouse upper member front and rear as an assembly, and replace them. | |
|
|
Check the front damper extension set position for damage. If necessary, replace them. | |
|
|
Replace the front damper extension set and the bumper beam extension flange at the same time. | |

Check the damper housing set position for damage and if necessary, replace it.

Position the replacement parts. Before doing the main welding, check the body dimensions: |

Confirm the sheet thickness, tensile strength, and existence of the zinc treatment of both sides, and set the welder to conform to the welding conditions by referring to Front Body Construction. | |
