Tailgate Latch Removal and Installation

NOTE:
If the tailgate latch does not open by the tailgate open switch, remove the maintenance cover (A) from the tailgate lower trim panel, then turn the emergency lever (B) clockwise as shown.
With power tailgate: When the motor (C) fails, remove the bolts and push the motor up.
