Seat Heater Replacement

Front Seat Cushion Heater

2. Front Seat Cushion Heater - Remove
NOTE: The front seat cushion heater is glued to the front seat cushion pad. When removing it, take care not to damage the front seat cushion pad.


3. Front Seat Cushion Heater - Replacement
1.
Attach the new seat cushion heater to the reference position as shown:
Vertical adjustment: Overlap the positioning marks (A) on the seat cushion heater side and the location marks (B) on the seat cushion pad side
Horizontal adjustment: Overlap the positioning marks (C) on the seat cushion heater side and the location marks (D) on the seat cushion pad side
Once the seat cushion heater is in place on the seat cushion, tuck the bridge folds (E) of the seat cushion heater evenly into the grooves of the seat cushion pad.

4. All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

Front Seat-Back Heater

2. Front Seat-Back Heater - Remove
NOTE: The front seat-back heater is glued to the front seat-back pad. When removing it, take care not to damage the front seat-back pad.


3. Front Seat-back Heater - Replacement
1.
Attach the new seat-back heater to the reference position as shown:
Vertical adjustment: Overlap the positioning marks (A) on the seat-back heater side and the location marks (B) on the seat-back pad side
Horizontal adjustment: Overlap the positioning marks (C) on the seat-back heater side and the location marks (D) on the seat-back pad side
Once the seat-back heater is in place on the seat-back, tuck the bridge folds (E) of the seat-back heater evenly into the grooves of the seat-back pad.

4. All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

Rear Seat Cushion Heater

3. Rear Seat Cushion Heater - Remove
NOTE: The rear seat cushion heater is glued to the rear seat cushion pad. When removing it, take care not to damage the rear seat cushion pad.


4. Rear Seat Cushion Heater - Replacement
1.
Attach the new seat cushion heater to the reference position as shown:
Vertical adjustment: Overlap the positioning marks (A) on the seat cushion heater side and the location marks (B) on the seat cushion pad side
Horizontal adjustment: Overlap the positioning marks (C) on the seat cushion heater side and the location marks (D) on the seat cushion pad side
Once the seat cushion heater is in place on the seat cushion, tuck the bridge folds (E) of the seat cushion heater evenly into the grooves of the seat cushion pad.

5. All Removed Parts - Install

Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
