Rear Stabilizer Bar Removal and Installation
NOTE:
How to read the torque specifications

Vehicle - Lift

Rear Wheels - Remove
3.
Stabilizer Link - Disconnect
1.
Disconnect both sides of the stabilizer link from the stabilizer bar
.

Stabilizer Bar - Remove
2WD
1.
Remove the bushing holders (A).
NOTE: During installation, note these items.
Use new bolts during reassembly.
Install the bushing holder mounting bolts as follows.

Loosely install the mounting bolts (B).
-2.
Tighten the mounting bolts to the specified torque in the sequence shown.
2.
Remove the stabilizer bar (C).
NOTE: Do not try to remove the stabilizer bushings. Replace the stabilizer assembly if the bushings need replacement.
AWD
1.
Remove the bushing holders (A).
NOTE: Use new bolts during reassembly.
2.
Remove the stabilizer bushings (B).
NOTE: During installation, note these items.
Align the side of the bushing with the stabilizer band clamp (C) on the stabilizer bar.
The slit (D) of the stabilizer bushing must be directed to the vehicle rear side.
3.
Remove the stabilizer bar (E).
5.
All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
