Check the vehicle condition.
NOTE: The BSI system cannot work properly in the following vehicle conditions:
Make sure the vehicle does not have aftermarket suspension.
Make sure all the tires are the correct size.
Set the tire pressures to the specifications shown on the doorjamb label.

Explain to the customer that the system sometimes cannot detect under certain vehicle conditions.?

Check the installation of the appropriate BSI radar unit.

Is it OK?

Install the BSI radar unit assembly properly. If damaged, replace the appropriate BSI radar unit assembly.?
