Clear the DTCs with the HDS.

Open the tailgate with the tailgate outer handle switch. |
?3. |
Close the tailgate automatically with the keyless transmitter or power tailgate inside switch. |
?4. |
Check for DTCs with the HDS.

Check for continuity between test points 1 and 2.

Turn the vehicle to the ON mode. |

Measure the voltage between test points 1 and 2.
